Shipping Inquiries:
  • We offer free USPS First Class Package with every order. This includes a tracking number that you may reference once your order has been shipped.
  • Please keep in mind:
    • Beau & Nora, LLC is not responsible for any packages that are lost, damaged or stolen. For this reason, we recommend upgrading to Priority Mail shipping in order to ensure your package arrives safely.
    • Shipping has been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. 
  • International Shipping:
    • Yes, we do offer international shipping! However, the customer is subject to any additional fees required. We are not responsible for any shipping fees, import fees, handling fees, etc for your item. 
    • We highly recommend DHL for international shipping. Please feel free to contact us in the event we can find a cheaper shipping method for you. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Our processing time is listed on the As a medical student, my schedule is dependent on my preceptors and clinical requirements for school. Landen works full time as a carpenter/fabricator/welder/wood-working mastermind. We occasionally recruit help, but please be courteous as we work on orders as fast as we can. We sincerely appreciate your patience. 
  • Rush My Order Option:
    • We occasionally offer "Rush My Order" to decrease the production time of your order. This option would allow you to jump to the top of the list, given the event you needed your order by a certain time frame. Please keep in mind: This does not mean faster shipping time.  We recommend upgrading your shipping option to Priority Shipping, UPS 2nd day air, etc, in order to receive your order.  We are located in Eastern Indiana and highly recommend UPS 2nd day air for fastest delivery option (within USA). 
    • If you have multiple items in the order (or multiple orders), this option only needs to be selected once. However: We highly suggest you put the other order number in the NOTES section of the checkout to ensure your other order is shipped with your Rush Order. Otherwise, we may not see it given the event of an influx of orders. 
  • Keep in mind: Production Time is the time it takes to PRODUCE your order. This does NOT include SHIPPING time. Selecting a 2-day shipping option at checkout does not mean you will receive your order within 2 days. That is the transit time estimate once your order has shipped. Once the shipping label has been created, it is dropped off to the post office within 1 business day. We are down the road from the drop off, so we ALWAYS drop them off immediately. We are NOT responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, not updating, etc once the label has been created. 

Discount/Sale Policy

  • Discount codes are only allowed for new purchases. We cannot offer refunds to price match items from a previous order. 
  • We are a small business; We offer discounts frequently because we are excited to share our product. Keep in mind these discounts are taking away from the profit we earn and the amount we donate to rescue efforts. Please be courteous. 
  • Discount codes cannot be combined at checkout. If you have been referred (and in the event you cannot use the referral code), please put the referee's name in the NOTES section of the checkout box. We give customer's goodies for referrals!

Cancellation Policy: 

  • Given the handmade Orders are only able to be canceled if a shipping label has not been generated.
  • In the event you would like to cancel your order, you will be given store credit for the amount of your order. 


  • Given the event you are unsatisfied with your product, the customer is responsible for shipping the UNUSED item back to our mailbox. The item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. Returns will not be accepted beyond 14 days. 
  • Once we have received the return, we will examine it and let you know if we are able to accept it. Once we approve the return, you will receive store credit for the item(s) in the return. The store credit will be for the item(s) returned with a 35% deducted return fee. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. 
  • In order to ensure your item will be approved for the return, we recommend emailing pictures of the item to help.beauandnora@gmail.com. Please allow up to 7 days for a response, given the event we are away for clinicals. We will let you know if your item would likely be accepted.

  • Exchanges are only accepted for items that are damaged upon receiving the item. Custom items are unable to be exchanged. 
  • Someone told us, "Measure Twice, Order Once", and we couldn't say it better ourselves. Size exchanges are only accepted upon receipt of the item. Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our mailbox, and is responsible for the shipping costs for sending the exchange. Exchanges are only honored for identical items. There will also be a 35% convenience fee included for all returns and exchanges. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Local Pick Up:
  • Local Pick up Options available only in Richmond, Indiana. Customer is required to leave a phone number or an email address where you may be reached. We will reach out when your order is complete. Pick up will be available at UPS in Richmond, Indiana.

Custom Orders
  • We have done several custom orders and would love to hear what you have in mind. Please send a detailed description (including material preference, measurements, etc) and pictures to the "Custom Order" Section on our website. We will get back to you within 3-4 business days.
  • Custom orders range from various dog accessory items, to even woodworking. We will be opening a wood-working tab on our website very soon.
  • Custom orders are subject to a minimum $10 fee. Shipping fees may be required given type of item being shipped, weight, etc.

  • In the event you do reach out to us on any platform (social media, email), please allow up to 7 business days to respond. In the event you do not hear from us in that timeframe, please kindly resend your message. We are human, with full time jobs and school emails, too.  We appreciate your patience.
