Shipping policy

 

We are not responsible for any items lost during shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS) HAS HAD MULTIPLE ISSUES WITH THEIR TRACKING SYSTEM.
If an item has not updated after 72 hours, it is best to reach out to us via email to ensure it is not being held at our local post office for any reason (additional postage, acceptance issue, etc).
USPS does not notify us if there is a package being held for any given reason. It is your responsibility to let us know if there has not been a tracking update after at least 72 hours. 
We will reach out to our local post office (and business mailbox) to ensure it is not being held back for any given reason. 

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the inconsistencies with the tracking system, a package may be delivered without any tracking updates into the system.


If you would like to ensure the product would be protected in the event it became lost during shipping, we recommend paying additional for insurance through USPS, or upgrading your shipping to "Priority Mail Shipping" (to include insurance). 


International Shipping

Yes, we do offer international shipping! However, the customer is subject to any additional fees required. Beau & Nora is not responsible for any shipping fees, import fees, export fees, handling fees, etc for your item(s). 
Beau & Nora is not responsible for any item damaged/lost/stolen after they have been shipped. 

We have noticed several import fees and severely delayed shipments through UPS into Canada. We highly recommend DHL for any of the international shipments.
